I looked at ukes inactive inventory. It has so many weird items. What this account created by some random dude or a moderator?

Uke is an admin account much like tori/toribot. Made so people can type /dl uke to get default settings among other adminy things.

The account itself was used by GMs/admins and etc for reasons to do with the game.
