So this is my first attempt at making a head texture.(well at least the first one I'm going to finish) and I figured why not share my work with the tb community hope you like ^.^

also any pointers would be appreciated!

Oh and I forgot to say what this is xD It's suppose to be a robot that's sort of demonish. Thought for my first head texture why not get creative

Ok so a small update. I got a bit excited and went ahead with a little bit of the coloring mainly because I got stumped on what to do with the outer parts. Also any tips on how to get the eyes to look like they're glowing? I think I did the bottom part pretty well but I can't recreate it on the eye's for some reason :/




ok so, I tried to re-map it a little and I've now added the start of the glass area

The mapping is a bit weird but, try to put some colors should be nice. The design is really nice though.

yea I plan to put some colors in ounce I finish the outline (sorry forgot to specify where I was at in the design) and glad to here you like it :3

Still trying to figure out how to make the glass area look glassy besides the cracks in it :/ any suggestions?

Make the crack a bit bigger and thinner.

which one? the one in the glass the metal or the bone
