I guess you're in the wrong part of the forum to ask stuff. but it's off-topic. so...

First, you should upload the image (e.g.: imgur) then you take its URL and put it between the tags [IMG]URL-GOES-HERE[/IMG].

Next time you need help with stuff you can simply enter in the IRC in the channel #Support and then ask your questions. You can also post threads in the Support board.
