iirc Anonymous is more of an ideology than a group. I'm sure there are some deep web forums somewhere where a few subgroups congregate but I can't imagine there's a single power dictating what happens. I'd guess you'd have to motivate people to actually get anything done, and something like what happened in France worked.

If they could manage to do that I don't think I'd doubt it. Surely ISIS is tech savvy enough to keep high sensitivity items on offline systems though...
