Can we have a definition of what "abuse" is? I have used the Toriexchange to transfer some qi restricted donations to our clan bank (Which has 14 Qi) and the like...

Obviously, I can't do this now. So I was wondering, what constitutes "abuse"... and if any transfer is "abuse", why not just have Nabi lock Qi restricted items from the TE like was done with Demon and Pure??
