My driver is ATI 4600 rad i know it's old and stuff but it worked fine in the past why not now >:|

Nah, it doesnt have to do with the hardware much. You just have to update the actual software drivers.

right click windows icon> Device Manager> Display adapters> Right click on it(or both) and update driver software
