I started just blatantly leaving every game with russian kids in them, my blood pressure is so much lower now, definitely worth the 30 min ban.

okay so i just had a really bullshit match
we were ahead by 13-7, then our entire team got 200 ping while the enemies all had below 100
then we lost 14-16
