There is a communication problem in Toribash it is hard to communicate via the forum unless you both go to a designated program(Skype, Discord etc.), IRC ,PMing(but there is a time limit between messages) so to clear the communication barrier we make a Instant message system that will alert you instantly when you get a message with the ability to add, kick, block people to or from the chat, and maybe some sort of translator.

As I mentioned there is a communication barrier in terms of how the community communicate, many have chosen to get skype to communicate and other communication programs as well, so having a little addition to the forum(website) would potentially invite "non-forumers" to the forum.

We might be able to use some things from the IRC client and add it to the website as a small little ui(user interface) that is easy to close and open, nothing extravagant.
