Well school is high in level here so they think you might use your phone during class so you're distracted and then you get low grades.
They also think phones make you disrespectful and such so it's forbidden there.

Well actually they do let us bring it but if you keep it in your bag and they know about it they take it off from you, you have to keep it with the professor.
