My friend is unable to reset his password even after putting in his email information.

recently a lot of people have been reporting problems about not being able to reset their password, it seems like the entire service is down and requires some fixing.

As for your friend you can tell him to contact an admin like Icky, phail, Faint or Orko.

I'm having the same issue but I haven't gotten a response, I've pm'd icky twice in the passed few days and nothing yet. Anybody else got any suggestions?

Just be patient, it takes time to do these things.

It has been about a week since I requested my log in information without getting the email as requested. has anyone heard anything about getting your log in information recently?

Next time you have an issue, make a new thread instead of using other user's threads.
