HTOTM: FUSION
What does that have to with anything, Xion =_= In short, they're pretty much just jealous because they did a crappy job of making their programs/games and look at the fact they have a few dozen fans, while other companies have done an epic job of implementing their 'original' concept (even though prior art existed) and are now making billions of dollars a year, and have a few million raving fans.

and your point is?

User infrabanned for this and the other post above Ragdollmasters. This is a prime example of what not to do. If you make a thread, don't reply with useless and spammy posts as soon as someone writes in it. Also this is just asking for it. :/ ~Dalir

I doubt this would actually pull through anyway. Although, in america, you never know. Seriously, I'm you've all heard the stories about people gaining millions of dollars for ridiculous reasons.

Anyway, this is stupid.

@Dalir: There was one lady who put an RV on cruise control, and then moved into the back of the RV to make a sandwich, then sued the company who had made the RV when she crashed. Apparently, she won the lawsuit because the owner's manual of the RV never said to not leave the steering wheel :P

Yup, I don't know if shit like that still happens or if it was back in the day when it was alright for judges to be blatantly stupid. Seriously, suing McDonalds for having too hot coffee which some girl spilled over herself, won millions. So I don't know, one thing that is for sure is that'll it will probably cost money for NCSoft to get these guys off their back.

How would you go about defining Toribash as an MMO? I mean, it's a multiplayer game, and it's online, but "massive" is a term that could easily be dodged in an eventual (and highly unlikely) courtroom, seeing as Toribash is kinda puny by MMO standards.
