Diet time. Got my blood results back. Everything's within the norm (still) but the cholesterol level is rising, by 20 points since last test. Time to say goodbye to pizza and beer for a while and embrace my 1200kcal diet plan again with some light physical activity (swimming). I pretty much did the same shit last year (with running instead) and dropped 3,5kg within a month so that's kinda my plan this time around as well.
