I just noticed the net neutrality banner is the only one that loads really slowly in that way that goes from top to down... is that some subtle hint at what is to come with net neutrality ending or is it just a coincidence

It loads slowly to represent what would happen if net neutrality was repealed. Maybe it's a bit dramatic but who knows, if we lose net neutrality then this website could be slowed down to a crawl.
