Well because it's been discussed hundreds of times since the very first years of Toribash - and the answer has always been the same.
Qi how many fights you've had on your account. It isn't a currency, it can't be exchanged to items - and thus it won't ever become transferable. We don't allow account merging either and we obviously do not encourage alts.
