Average activity a day for forum: Apparently, 10.90 posts a day. I'm such a spammer... On and off all day though.
Average for Phantom irc, in hours: uh, depends on who's on... if it's a good group, 4+ hrs.
Average for ingame in hours: Weekends only... usually.

Average activity a day for forum, in hours: like 6
Average for Phantom irc, in hours: like 8
And average for ingame in hours: like 4

I would have to say my activity in the phantom forum has being a bit slack lately, around 2 minutes a day looking?
Activity in-game is as good as always...
On teh IRC im never there since i only put irce back on my computer yesterday. So about 0 hours.

Forum Activity: Half an hour? It varies a lot.
