I wouldn't say it looks like anime, but as a head drawn with a mouse, it is very good.

Lol But when I begin i wanted to do anime head but I can't lol I sux at this, and can't do nices lines with the mouse, but thank's really I appreciate, you won my next free head lol

I really love that style of head, and to be made with the mouse, congrats! ^^
I think you can add more details on the beard, like more lights and shadows. And probably add more intense light effects on the face.
But yeah, i really liked it, keep doing art! :^) ♥

also if you want to be rich make quality heads, not these bullshit google image heads you pump out within 30 minutes
