Make winsound always play
Currently the winsound only works if you win by points.
My suggestion is:
Make the winsound play when you win under any condition, as of now most mods will end up in DQ most of the time and hence your win sound won't play.
It's isn't really a win sound if it doesn't play when you win a match.
