Also Gynx: I think we should add some basic clan/maturity(lol) rules so we aren't having to give each individual member that joins a rundown of what we do and don't tollerate? I'll PM you or talk with you over MSN about some rules that may or may not need to be established?

how bout you make a rule such as:

Once every 2 weeks, you hold a clan discussion on IRC or wherever you want. these are the times where you make formal complaints and discussions. when complaing about a person, you must give 1 week after notification of complaint before kicking them out of clan. And they will be kicked.

XD We usually just have them PM/talk over msn. We haven't had any huge problems with people, and most of the people we let into the clan re laid back individuals who are mature about things. Well... mostly. I kinda wanna lay down some rules about spam, maturity, and just being respectful to other people in the clan and people in the game. I see way to many "OMG I MISCLICKED!! GAH!!!" and "GAWD U USE TAT OPENER EVERY TIME!!! *wah!*" stoof lately. I don't mind if you do it once or twice, but not every loss lol.

As far as DR goes, I think they are worse off now than before, I like keeping DeM's "officials/leaders" to a minimum of three, where as DR has about 15 that I have seen with their "leadership" rank. >.< I also noticed since you left their desc died lol. Course they are official and there really is no need for it I suppose.

ahh, i think your being too picky if your worried about that.... as long as they dont do it every other time they loose, it should be ok. proclaiming "DAMMIT " when they get blown up unexpectadly is normal.

Yeah I was thinkin of the ones that do it every other time XD. And I don't mind bein too picky on members that join, as Gynx said: we are more interested in the integrity, maturity, and moral of our members than their ability to pwn the shit out of eachother XD. So if that means having to reject a few morons, maybe they'll learn from it?
