lol, here is proof of a lie, because they were hand drawn from a blank canvas. Look at the back of this texture and compare it to the back of the actual uke head. The real uke head has a small intention on the back, while the head i created has a smooth line.

Here's an idea. Its not an amazing head, so forget about it. If its ever found with proof that qq5ben steals anyone else's head texture(s), report it. But for now, there is no driving proof for either side, so why bother arguing about it.
