Can someone please tell me what format(i.e judo, sambo, classic, wushu, toriboxing, etc.) the TBL is in?

Also, can someone tell me what the order of belts is? I have an idea but I'm not sure.

White, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown, black, black dan 2, black dan 3, black dan 4, black dan 5?
