The Spyder System is designed to be a fast track for skill development in MMA and similar mods. Each belt represents a different discipline or aspect in MMA that every fighter should know - regardless if they are a striker or grappler. We believe that you cannot be a master of one without a strong confidence in the other and so you will begin by learning the fundamentals of footwork, striking, and grappling until you are finally able to put it all together in the later belt ranks. New members of @(Spyder) or @Drop In will get started by doing their @White Belt pre-requisites.
The system is always open to interpretation or suggestions for improvement.
