5th gen cpus are still holding strong when it comes to gaming

but oof that 650ti, you can buy cheap used card (like gtx7xx series like but better than 750ti, I'd suggest 780) if you want to have a temporary upgrade as it will increase your fps alot.

also my gpu is used but I got it for a good price in a gread condition (a year ago now it's like 40% cheaper)

it was build with vr and upgradeability in mind so next thing that I'm gonna be saving for is probably htc vive. Developing for vr will be fun.

but as for now I'm saving for some irl stuff so can't really afford everything at once
