i think our clan tag is too long and for most members it exceeds the maximum of 8 charecters. i think we should cut it to [phnx]

2. i think we should give out ranks like...
[co-phnx] co leader
[ldr-phnx] leader of phoenix
[el-phnx] elite member of phoenix
...
and zyg could make up names of ranks like newbie and elite etc
