why not just beat them up?
After that
rush the dog to a vet
or
Push them out of the way
rush the dog to a vet
then come back and beat the shit out of them(if they're there)
OR
Knock them out
rush the dog to a vet
then come back
then kick them while they're down

Then give them a huge lecture
