@donseluke. I don't know what you're talking about but I think marines swear an oath of some sort to uhm I dunno... PROTECT CITIZENS? American or not they're not ruthless killers. They engage only when someone poses a threat.
And that puppy didn't pose a threat it only acted cute. As for the filmers and other people involved they should be fined for such a thing. Filming and animal, a defenseless animal fall to it's death.
