This is a 12h auction.

The price = week interest rate (in % per week)
Item: 200 000TC loan for 1 weeks
Start bid = 2.5% per week
Min rise = 0.5% per week
Autowin = no autowin
End time = 12h
Bid only if you have more than 12k TCs, or 24k TCs total wealth

The loan agreement will be sent to the winer.

Original rule says:
"Bid withdrawals
- As of now, bidders must* pay the seller 20% of their bid** if they want to withdraw the bid. Refusal to do so will result in a suspension. Inability to pay the 20% fee means that you will be in debt to the seller. When you bid, you are making a commitment to purchase what is being sold if you win. Attempting to go back on stupid or carefree bidding will thus be punished."

Rule transformed for our needs: Please dont bid if you arent sure. For canceling already posted bid, you will have to pay 20% of the 1 week interest that you offer via your interest rate bid. (same rule like in normal auctions)

Example:
If you offer 5% interest rate. and cancel it:

1 week Interest = (200 000TC * (1.05) - 200 000TC) = 10 000TC. And 20% of this is 2000TC. Also please dont bid if you arent sure.
