Wanna buy TCs?
Simple create a paypal account, and send the USD or EUROs to:

After you have sent the money, pm RipperSVK, and you will get your TCs within 12 hour's
(I need sometimes to sleep).
Send money as "gift" (personal payments), so you wont pay the fee. If there is still a fee, you will heve to pay it. Amount of TCs you will recieve is counted from net amount of cash I will recieve.

Example:
You can purchase TCs with any amout of money. That means if you buy for 0.5$ you will get 5.5k TC. If you wanna buy TCs for 11$, you will get 68500 TCs (10*11500 + 1*11000).
