Seems like you don't understand, s7ikan won and you will send him the set, and he will send you 15k which was the bid he placed. You will not be unbanned, he can send the TC to your banned account and you can recieve the TC when you're unbanned, and you can send him the set from the account your currently using 'iKiLLs' by PM or email or something.
