This is being discussed everywhere but no decisions are being made.

This thread is dedicated to the discussion of how VorteX members should be recruited and how inactive members should be handled.

Our current rules are :

Recruitment :
- need to be invited by a current member
- need 100 posts or more
- know at least half of VorteX members
- need black belt or higher
- pass the ingame tests

Inactivity :
- none

I'll start us off. As a suggestion, instead of having 100 posts, why don't we accept new people conditionally for 3 months(provided they have all other requirements. black belt, past the tests, etc. Making them a half-member or temporary member). In this 3 months they get monitored, if they are active enough for the 3 months they get accepted as member. They will then be monitored for a further 3 months, making 6 months in total to see if they will stay active. In the 6 months they can be kicked at any time if they are not up to standards.
