Don't know about Southern Canada, but up here in the Great White North I'd suggest any of our igloos, sled dog races, or daily snowball battles.

But seriously, anywhere is great. Nice views wherever you go and there's usually something to do. If you know where abouts you're going I can give you more info for that location.
