If you think it's a virus then run it in Sandboxie, ollydbg, a VM, reflect it and look at the source yourself, etc. Or just compile it yourself.

This doesn't work by inputting a number in and it changes the value to that. Starting at 63 you should get either 1 or 2 points. Every time you move up a number it quadruples.
