You don't seem to understand the point of a democratic republic. If the majority of the population is a certain religion, then they are represented in in government, and get to do what they want. America, as a country, is absolutely secular. Whether or not a democratic republic makes religious laws does not determine whether it is a religious institution or not.

2) Removal and addition can be done simultaneously to different groups.
Only if there is adequate representation of people who want to remove/add rights of certain groups.

3) So if US doesn't make laws on a religious basis? Why is gay marriage banned? ;) Yeah, that's what I thought (:
See reply to #1. If the majority of America finds gay marriage absolutely disgusting, and intolerable, then it is shown in the laws.

4) "Brazil is democracy therefore is a copy of USA" need I say more..?
The government of brazil is not a democracy. It is a democratic fucking republic. There is no true democracy on planet earth. Also, its pretty fucking similar if you consider the fact that their regulations are almost exactly the same as ours, and they, as a people, have similar perspectives on issues we share.

5) India's international presence means that internal polices like arresting people for 'talking shit' is not favourable or enforced...
India is too populated to truly enforce something at this scale. Apart from that, Indians as a people are much less vulgar then your average American, and there is no need for such a law.

6) If Canada was as oppressed as you seem to think, then surely the concentration would be lower, that is basic logic.
"The tighter you grip them, the more they slip away." Oppressed is not a justifiable term when describing a DEMOCRATIC FUCKING REPUBLIC.

7) > posting 8 year old statistics. lol'd. I could easily post statistics as old to show that the US is ridiculously oppressed, corrupt, and has very limited rights (eg patriot act is 01, which is a year earlier than some of the stats you posted)
Statistics are lies within themselves, as obviously bias is involved no matter what. People who are paid to do the job generally help whoever is paying them look better.
