Freeze All! [c], Extend Both Glute and contract both knees!, then hit space
5 times!
Extend both knees and both hips, hit space
2 or 3 times (depending on the opposers position)
Ok, it should look like this :
Contract both knees and ankles, then extend hips.
Add on to your needs!

Freeze all [c], contract right elbow, rotate chest right, rotate lumbar right, contract abs, contract left glute, extend right glute, contract left hip, hold right hip, contract left knee, extend right knee, grabby left hand, ALL without spaces!
Space 6 times
Extend Left knee, lower left shoulder, contract left wrist.
Space 6 times
Contract left knee
Space 5 times
Contract right knee, extend right hip.
Finish with whatever you want or just press [p]
