Kuna, it's as simple as letting someone better than you help you out.

We do this throughout our lives with school, job training, even parental advice. There's no need to get up-in-arms about it.
Hell, even Teague and I train ourselves by looking to those better than us.

As a side note, we didn't mean that we'd make it mandatory, if that's what you're against.
