and i did activate my account in the first time i got the account

then why do you keep it jsut for admins>?
it will be good if members can search cause threre is alot of things i cant find
and for example the rules says dont post a complian that already been posted
how would i know that this is already posted with out searching maybe this was posted 4 years ago or something
