Here is my poem... wrote it a while back... i hope that you like it, and I'm waiting to see other poems, I see poems as a way to see the person's true self

Where is this world leading me to?
With all of its twists and turns,
People left and right telling me what to do.
But I can't escape all of the burns.

All of the attacks on me
Pulling me left and right
I don't know where to be
Should I sit or should I fight

If I could only stop and think
But life is going too fast
It's bringing me to the brink
This breath feels like my last

Wait! What? Who?
Where am I?
What did I do?
Did I just die?

NO! I can see!
Although the vision is blurry
He says "Talk with me"
I'm in no hurry

"What is going on here?"
He says "You know"
That begins a tear
soon it starts to flow

He has disappeared,
Left no trace.
It's just as I feared,
I'm back at my place.

I scream "I don't know!!!"
as I fall to my knees
I'm moving slow
I cry "Please!!!"

But there's something new
It's how I feel
I no longer feel blue
It's all real

He has called my name
I go to the call
Forget about the fame,
I will never fall

As long as I am able
I'll go for the light,
He'll keep me stable
As I go for the fight
