Are you sure? The style is certainly similar, and we can't say for sure that they no one post-pro'd the hue (which is very unusual for Nielly), but the style is similar however there are a lot of things that look different. Like the choice of a less saturated and darker colour between the white and orange on the lip, Nielly tends to have smother value gradients. The brush strokes look different, and overall the light and shadow and form is a lot more stylised in the BenDover one.
Honestly I'd be a bit surprised if that was Nielly. I only looked at the first 3 pages or so, but it doesn't seem to match at all.

And now I see that exact pic in his galleries! It has been filtered a bit, and Nielly's style has changed a lot over the years. That is surprising. His older stuff around 04 is a lot better than his recent stuff...
