ACROBATIC RIP IN HALF

Press c
contract hips, abs and elbows
raise shoulders

space x6

extend elbows and hips

space x2

relax knees

space x3

contract knees

space x2

extend knees



ANOTHER ACROBATIC RIP IN HALF

Press c
contract hips, pecs, abs and elbows
raise shoulders
grabby hands

space x2
lower shoulders
extend pecs



VOLLEYBALL-STYLE RIP IN HALF
Press c
contract abs and pecs
lower shoulders

space x4

extend ankles, abs and hips
raise shoulders
grabbing is optional
