Contract Abs
Lower both shoulders
Extend both pecs
space 12x
Rise both shoulders
Contract both pecs
space 4x
Extend both hips and both ankles
Contract both knees
space 13x
Lower both shoulders
space 2x
Rise both shoulders
space 6x
Contract both hips
Extend both knees
Lower both shoulders
Contract both wrists
