This clan is by no means a democracy. While I value the input of our members and will definitely cave to enlightened suggestion, the word of the leader is the law of the clan. That being said, the goal of this clan is to become one of the highest ranked in Toribash. Through the recruitment of some of the most brutal and savage players in the game, we will strive through blood and toil to be among the best of the best. Through hard training and perseverance, the members will make great strides to accomplish this single goal.

The idea behind the ranking system is fairly simple. Crit admits a lot of players into the basic Footpad rank, not necessarily based on skill, but on their assessed potential. They train for weeks, months, or however long it takes for them to pass the assessment test for their promotion. While a member is a Footpad rank, they will not be allowed to participate in clan wars. Their sole purpose is to train and learn from the more experienced members.

Once they are good enough to earn a promotion, they will be Distinguished from the rest. They will now be able to regularly fight in clan wars, and represent Crit in events and so forth. Eventually, through hard work and dedication, a Distinguished member may be able to achieve Sage status.

Sage's are the backbone of the entire clan. Through their commitment to the game, they have honed the finest skills of any member in the clan. A Sage should regularly fight with the Footpad's of the clan so as to train them into a better fighter. Only through countless defeats at the hand of a Sage can a Footpad ever finally achieve victory.
