I don't think that within those nearly infinite number of possibilities is a move that is any way better than what we've come up with. Betabox, for example, the 'metagame', or most effective and common move is to kick, or grab the kick. You cannot move yourself over a larger distance in 20 frames to do anything else but that. It just can't be done, sorry.
