Solution:
Make a folder in the Toribash-3.5/Custom directory named "Test". Save the trails into that folder with these names.
trail_l_leg.tga
trail_r_leg.tga
trail_l_arm.tga
trail_r_arm.tga
Go in game and type in /lp 0 Test.
