I agree it's a good idea. But we just need to keep then under control. We can't have blue/green/orange belts running around destroyed our name, and getting destroyed in wars.

So to conclude, I think that this a good idea, but we can't do it really yet until we have all trained and competed. Just so we have a solid rank that we can keep then we will do your idea.
