You can't give away a free head if it's nearly identical to the original. Remember, plagiarism is using/stealing someone elses "ideas" as well. I'm sure the owner of the original head wouldn't appreciate people using an almost exact copy of his texture as their own. Even if it's not exact, it's still cautiously similar.
