Wow! I just did 650 Russian Twists and 40 push ups. In sections of course.
100 RT, 10 PU
75 RT, 10PU
50 RT, 5PU
25 RT, 5PU
75 RT
and I repeat that twice. It takes 15 minutes and it really helps you build muscle in your arms and abs. Make sure to keep a healthy diet too though. Recently I've been working out and eating junk food and I realise I am just killing the muscles I built.
So, do you guys have a work out routine? Do you even work out (do you even lift bro? ).
