Judging by the 'list of all staff' thread, they burn fast, die young and (mostly) never return.
it's not really stressfull, it's just turning game you enjoy into an actual work without getting paid. some people join it in naiveness to make things better, but sooner or later they all realise that tb is pretty dead and not going anywhere.
also, what about Vassal + warhammer40k module?
