By having to Cnc'ing other replays of others, you need to watch the replays of other others.
This avoids having people who only post their replays and don't watch the others.
If there is a page without any replays and you want to posts yours,
feel free to post them without cnc to other replays because there weren't any on that page.
Also Cnc helps others so why not stimulate the use of it?
