It's actually pretty nice, maybe for the sides you could just add like a metallic texture, but overall, this looks great! Can't wait to see it colored.
Also, the face looks more like depression and soullessness than panic, but then again, this still isn't colored. I hope your coloring skills will better express the mood you're trying to convey here!
