Or you're someone who thinks that the 'oldies' are better, because the only people who are still remembered from that era today, are the ones who actually put in effort. There were bad artists around in the 60s/70s, but their contributions to music were so miniscule that they weren't worth remembering. You really think young teenagers in 2040 will be drooling over dubstep and Linkin Park? You think, because of artists like Miley Cyrus and Iggy Azalea, kids in the future will be moaning about how bad the music is in their time period and wish to be born in the 2000s so they can live in the same generation as twerking female rappers?
