Reminds me of that anime I saw on TV called Parasyte.Where there's a boy with a living parasitic (hand? The parasite ate his real hand, but the parasite is the same size of it, but it has a mouth & an eye on one finger) monster who chose to take shelter in his hand, & there are other mutants who have taken over other bodies, & they have to fight. The whole thing is really screwed up body horror & gore.
